How will my order be posted?
We post all items using tracked courier services or Royal Mail tracked.
Do you ship internationally?
Yep, we ship all over the world. If you have any issues with your country not appearing during the checkout process, please do contact us.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply in their country unless otherwise indicated. We cannot control and are not responsible for delays caused by customs in other countries.
My order has been dispatched but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If you’ve received a dispatch email from us, please check the tracking info contained within it (please allow a few hours from receiving your tracking number to show in the system).
If you think the parcel is lost, please check the carrier’s website for the time period that needs to have elapsed before they consider it lost.
